You successfully develop our projects with a view to efficient planning, optimization and implementation of technical concepts You always have dates, costs and quality for your construction projects For example, you bring your commercial know-how to calculations or interpretation of our supply systems You conduct and coordinate the personal and external personnel as well as our subcontractors Target-oriented control workflows, thereby forming the interface to all project participants and trades and constantly documenting the project status until successful completion With the help of digital working methods such as BIM, Lean Construction and other project tools you used your projects

A degree as a master, technician or engineer (m/w/d) in the field of supply technology, energy and building technology, machine and plant engineering or comparable Professional Practice in building automation and project management, preferably as project or construction manager (m/w/d) and likes experience in the development of TGA projects in the field of HKLS Application knowledge in common MS Office programs, especially Excel and Power Point Expertise in procurement and contract law (VOB) Communication and negotiation strength as well as a process-oriented and structured operation Team spirit and self-employment Class B driving licence
