With your commitment, you support adult people with assistance needs and support them in everyday life. Through the provision of personalised and social-space-oriented help you promote the self-determination and participation of clients. In addition to the documentation of all relevant data, you work with members, with legal supervisors and other interfaces. They have a qualification as educators, nurses and the like with a state-of-the-art recognition. They bring the willingness to align themselves with the needs and wishes of the clients. You are also ready to work on weekends.

Look forward to an indefinite working relationship of 25 to 32.2 hours – temporary hourly increases, we will announce you in advance in the long term. We design the service plan together with you. You will receive a payment by operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment and child allowance. We have 30 days of annual holiday and holiday money.
