• Responsible care: You independently take the holistic, activating care of our client: at home – based on current nursing and medical standards to ensure the best possible care
• Document & Planning:You carry out the care documentation and planning carefully and help maintain our quality of care at a high level at any time
• Interdisciplinary cooperation:You work closely with relatives, doctors:inside and other external partners and implements individual wishes and needs of our clients:inside in tailor-made care services
• Promoting the quality of life:You accompany our clients: within the framework of reference care and actively help maintain and promote their independence and quality of life in the usual environment.
• Quality assurance:You are part of our quality assurance measures and actively shape the maintenance process documentation to secure our high standards in the outpatient area

What convinces us

• Qualification:You have completed training as a nurse, health and nursing staff, (children's) nurse or a comparable qualification
• Mobility:You have a class B driver's license and are willing to accept call readiness during outpatient care
• Experience:First professional experience in old or nursing is of advantage – ideally also in the outpatient area, but no need
• Value & team spirit:A respectful handling of people in need of care and a good teamwork are of course for you
• EDV knowledge:You can safely handle the PC and work quickly in digital care documentation
• Language:You have good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least level B2)
