Your new challenge: You are responsible for the operational core of the port operation in Bremerhaven – human, technical and perspective digital. You run several teams in 24/7 shift operation, secure a stable operating sequence and develop the port operating office into a modern digitally supported control center. In addition, you actively participate in administrative and operational tasks: you analyze accidents and special events, prepare results as a basis of decision and develop recommendations to increase safety. You support the property management in the event of organisational measures, take representation tasks, work in shiftwork if necessary, supervise the port cash register and grant approvals in the fishing port.
