Your tasks

• Feeling for big machines and leadership responsibility? In our limestone plant in Medenbach, you represent the plant manager as a foreman (m/w/d) and take over the control and coordination of the personnel at the site
• You actively support your team at the facilities and guide the different construction machines (Radlader, Dumper, Grader, etc.)
• In addition, you also serve our processing, extraction and loading facilities
• After you have planned repair work and preventive maintenance, you can prove your craft skills in implementing them.
• Your daily tasks include support in weighing trucks
• You ensure compliance with all work safety regulations and Holcim internal rules at work
• Lastly, you are responsible for the teaching and schooling of employees, as well as the ordering and invoice processing in the system

Your profile

• You have completed a completed professional training, e.g. as an electronic engineer (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), plant mechanic (m/w/d), machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or comparable, and have several years of professional experience
• So far you could gain first experiences in a leadership position
• You are familiar with popular PC applications and ideally you have already acquired SAP knowledge
• You have a class B license, in the best case even CE
• We look forward to your craftsmanship, fun working on large machines and readiness under weather conditions
• We will be happy to get to work with conveyor and processing plants
