Assistant F&B Manager for the restaurant MoNa (m/f/d)

The Assistant Food & Beverage manager is responsible for the following areas: Cooperation in defining, implementing and achieving short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives in the field of Food & Beverage together with owners and general managers Creation of daily accounts and accounting Control all KPI's relevant sales & costs in the sense of efficient management in ensuring the demanding quality & hygiene standards Active employee leadership including new adjustment, training, team building and disciplinary leadership Creation of employee manuals and instructions With design for BQT and catering requests for up to 2000 guests Operational support of the team, e.g.: Control of service plans and efficient planning Supporting the kitchen and service teams in their administrative tasks Ensure optimal hygiene and cleanliness according to the quality standards of HACCP Living Hands On Mentality
