To strengthen our team at our location in Kiel, we are looking for Projekt- & Prozessmanager (m/w/d)

You take over the management and control of projects in the field of trade – from conception to implementation. You work with interdisciplinary project teams and relevant stakeholders in a structured and communication-strong manner. You provide transparent project communication and regular reimbursement of project progress. As part of the internal business process consulting function, analyze, optimize and design processes along the value chain for our sales rails famila and Markant. You identify potential for improvement and develop feasible solutions in close coordination with the departments For a sustainable documentation of business processes, model this according to BPMN standards in the Aris tool You support the development of standardized project and process management methods in the company

Complete studies in the field of business management, business informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in managing projects and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams Professional experience in trade, ideal retail Knowledge of process analysis and modelling (especially with BPMN) Embossed structured thinking and solution-oriented working Very good communicative skills as well as safe occurrence to different levels of expertise and leadership Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Planner, etc.)
