As Teamlead SAP Consulting (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our central ERP system and develop the processes that FERCHAU is driving in daily business. Teamlead SAP Consulting (m/w/d) Gummersbach These are your tasks in our team • Strategic development of the team and active advance its services, as well as professional and disciplinary leadership • Stakeholder management with regard to ongoing projects and current events • Ensuring the qualified consulting of specialist departments and FERCHAU Brand, as well as application support • structuring of complex technical and technical requirements, definition and distribution of work packages and follow-up of implementation • Defining clear responsibilities within the team while maintaining defined deadlines and budget requirements • Analysis, evaluation and optimization of the processes in the team's operational daily business • Active cooperation in the SAP day business according to their own module and project expertise • Coordination and control of external service providers to ensure efficient and smooth project processes • Promoting the exchange of experience and knowledge within the team and across teams
