Your duties

• Care of unaccompanied minor refugees in a substationary group
• Pedagogical work according to the organizational and legal foundations as well as the design of the institution and the guidelines of the Rummelsberger Jugendhilfe
• These include: pedagogical implementation of education and assistance planning; preparation of qualified reports and documentation; structuring everyday life; mediation of cultural techniques and knowledge of the German language; access to meaningful recreational design and support in the development of personal and professional perspectives; Accompanying self-employment
• Cooperation with all internal and external cooperation partners such as the Youth Office and other authorities, schools, advisory bodies and specialist services

Your conditions

• A completed training as a state-recognized educator*in B.A.
• Experience in intercultural work and/or youth assistance is beneficial
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (without night readiness)
• Openness for new ideas and concepts, readiness for reflection, enforcing, motivation and team skills, initiative and willingness to deploy
• Joy in working with young people
• Secure user knowledge of MS Office programs
• Detection of personal suitability for the care and supervision of minors (proposal of an extended management certificate according to § 30a para. 2 BZRG)
• For applicants born after 1970, the proof of a complete masculine vaccination or a completed masculine disease (detection)
• Loyality towards church and deacons
