Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Location: Ahaus Position(s): 2 - Layer, Full-time

Purpose and objective For our well-known customers we are looking for an experienced and ambitious production employee Metal Cut Bandaw (m/w/d) for the Ahaus site.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and set up machines for the production process
• independent implementation of simple tool change
• Adjust the machine parameters in coordination with the master if necessary
• Cutting of raw material, pipes and frames according to drawings and lists
• Pipe processing with introduction of necks by the T-Drill method
• Preassembly and provision of components for further processing
• Implementation of visual and measurement controls with conventional measuring instruments
• Documentation of test results
• Analysis of manufacturing deviations and, if necessary, Adapting the machine settings
• Evaluation of defective parts in consultation with the Master
• Degreasing of components as required
• Implementation of cleaning and care
• Easy maintenance support

Your profile:

• Experience as a machine operator, production staff or metal workers desirable
• Secure reading and conversion of drawings and lists
• Craft skills and basic metal skills
• readiness to work in the shift system
• Careful, reliable and team-oriented working
• Crane and forklift capability of advantage
