Recording and controlling the entire BPM portfolio for projects in the fields of business growth, excellence and transformation taking into account the business resources Building the necessary control processes, governance, bodies and boards for the BPM portfolio management of the Vehicle Systems Europe Development of portfolio reporting to internal stakeholders (m/w/d) Management of project priority of all business growth, excellence and transformation projects Interface management to IT portfolios of central IT to take account of business dependencies on IT projects Establishment and implementation of a Division's Resource Management Process Organisation Cooperation with BPM and IT as well as the respective resource managers in the process area to achieve a holistic resource planning for prioritized BPM and IT projects Construction of BPM organization utilisation scenarios in process areas Implementation of resource planning & control in corresponding BPM projects

Successfully completed studies in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification Found experience in Business Process Management as well as portfolio and resource management Multi-annual experience in (multi-)project management Safe handling of PM tools and resource planning tools English knowledge in word and writing Embossed Analytical Skills Coupled with Enforcement Strength in a Dynamic Environment
