Edit customer requests: With care, you process customer requests both in writing and by telephone. Order processing: You will take care of the order processing and the processing of transport and inventory topics. Coordination: You coordinate the interface between our clients and the warehouse, IT and transport management departments. Process improvement: From the first day, you will pack up your ideas and creativity, e.g. to improve the work processes. Reporting: You'll start reports and make sure everything goes according to plan.

Training: Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. industrial businessman/wife, merchant/wife for office management or comparable Professional experience: experience in customer service, sales service, service delivery or in a comparable position IT knowledge: Very good knowledge in SAP and MS Office Language knowledge: English (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B2) Personality: Self-employed, communicative, solution-oriented and team-capable
