Working Student Marketing – Event Management (m/w/d)

You support in-house events such as recruiting events, workshops and seminars. Through your organization and cooperation in the event implementation (construction, degradation, assistance in the catering and service sector), you are actively contributing to the success of our events. You actively contribute and conduct industry-related research and analysis. You support participants management and lead tracking through the CRM of European events. You are co-responsible for the creation and control of event materials (name plates, list of participants, menu cards, etc.) and help in the processing of presentation documents. In the implementation of local events, you support on site.

You are in a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree. Ideally, you have already gained experience in event management. Dealing with MS Office (in particular MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) will not cause you any difficulties. You have outstanding communication skills as well as excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You have excellent organizational skills and work responsibly, carefully and service-oriented.
