Do you want to raise the profitability of our insurance products to the next level? As Controller / Aktuar (w/m/d) you analyze historical data, recognize patterns and trends and implement measures to achieve and exceed our goals. Your analyses and measures are crucial for our success and the satisfaction of our customers. Your main tasks: Analysis of the profitability of insurance products and explanation of deviations compared to previous year, forecast and budget Recognize and implement measures to achieve the objectives set and ensure continuous monitoring and follow-up Evaluation of historical data for detecting patterns and trends in the area of damage Creation of technical assumptions in the context of forecasting and budget planning and their validation based on trend and scenario analyses Support in the implementation of corporate regulations on Claims Excellence

Degree in Business Administration, Financial Science or Insurance Science At least five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position as a controller, underwriter or actuar in the insurance industry Team player with the willingness to work in an international company, as well as travel willingness to a limited extent High independence and proactivity Comprehensive Excel knowledge and good knowledge in Power BI knowledge of English in word and writing; French or German knowledge
