• You take over the performance of the rental business
• This includes the property responsibility of the associated stock (exposé care, master data care, tenants: interior selection) taking into account the legal provisions
• You represent the interests of the owner on site
• Your duties continue to include the negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements
• You are responsible for ensuring quality assurance measures, e.g. with regard to renter quality
• You take over the processing of leases in newly completed rental contracts and partial tasks in management e.g. b. Acquisition of advances
• In addition to your core tasks, your function is enriched by drive activities such as the direct distribution of green direct current

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as a real estate agency:man and/or multiannual professional experience in the field of rental
• They bring computer skills with (MS-Office required, SAP desirable)
• Safe and binding occurrence associated with an empathic type of client:inside orientation draw
• To complete negotiation skills and cost orientation in handling our customers as well as a high motivation processes are of course for you
• You own a license class B
