Construction Manager Timber Construction (m/f/d)

You take a key role in the construction site processing of our high-quality residential and business buildings: You prepare upcoming projects in advance in cooperation with the project manager, assembly manager and the specialist planners of construction, building technology and fire protection. After that, you will accompany the construction project at the construction site at the beginning of the earthworks and guide the construction site to the turnkey transfer. You co-ordinate, control and monitor the individual processes at the construction site and are in constant exchange with builders, constructional structures, project management and subcontractor control. You monitor and ensure all quality standards, costs and appointments, anticipate deviations early on and take the services off.

You are a passionate construction specialist (m/w/d), you know the construction of the Pike and thereby bring high professional competence. You have completed your studies, are Bautechniker (m/w/d) or Master (m/w/d) with relevant professional experience, also from the Massivbaubereich. Your strong personality with dedicated appearance, organizational talent, care and entrepreneurial thinking, combined with your pronounced social skills, form an ideal basis for the successful management of your construction sites.
