You're looking for You are responsible for the active and professional support and advice of assigned existing customers by phone The active telephone sales of spare parts and services based on the requirements and needs of the customers lies within your responsibility They implement sales campaigns and marketing actions The creation and pursuit of offers also fall within your area of responsibility You identify cross-selling potentials with the aim of generating additional revenues from your associated customers They act as a link between customer and branch – to coordinate customer requests Active care and the development of existing customer relationships complement the exciting task profile
