The Mercedes-Benz plant Sindelfingen, with its over a hundred years of history, is the most traditional vehicle factory of Mercedes-Benz Group AG and is being developed into the competence center for electric vehicles of the high and luxury class in the global production network. Our team is responsible for the recruitment and applicant management of trainees and dual university students (DH) at the Sindelfingen site.

Your tasks include: Participation in consulting and informing applicants In the selection of trainees and DH students Organize and perform fitness tests Participation in interviews/selection days (DH) Analysis of applicant management Design and conduct seminars/training Marketing / Social Media The activity can begin from February 2026.

Course in the field of BWL, Marketing, Communication Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Organisational capacity
