Head of Finance and Controlling with disciplinary and professional leadership of a two-member team Total responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB together with the accounting team Further development of controlling, reporting and consolidation structures, in particular in LucaNet Building and further development of meaningful management reports, dashboards and KPI systems in Power BI Responsibility for forecasting, budget and multiannual planning and coordination of strategic and operational planning processes Implementation of plan/actual analyses as well as analysis of sales, earnings, cost and inventory developments including derivation of concrete recommendations for action Ensuring high data quality and consistent reporting structures Contact person for management, auditors and tax advisors in the fields of reporting, conclusion and business analysis Responsibility for liquidity management Cooperation and acquisition of special projects

Successfully completed studies in business management with the focus on controlling/finance or comparable training Ideally, you have already gained first experience in a production company Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and a high number understanding Sovereign presentation and moderation capabilities Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel High affinity for data analysis, business intelligence and modern reporting tools, especially Power BI and LucaNet High self-initiative, team orientation and hand-on mentality Good English language skills
