Employees Quality Management Occupational Safety Industry in Medium-Sized Enterprises (m/f/d)

Our client is a medium-sized company in the production of pellets with approx. 50 employees at the site, with a clear focus on sustainability, for which we are looking for an employee Quality Management & Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d) as part of an exclusive and discrete search.

As the first contact person for quality management and safety at work, you will bring practical experience in these areas. Together with external partners, you are responsible for audits and training and take over the coordination of these. You go through the operation with open eyes, identify hazard potentials, develop suggestions for improvement and implement them in the team. You bring good knowledge about the ISO 9001 standard and have a constant look at the upcoming audits, the quality of the raw materials and the final product pellets.

You act as the first contact person for quality management and work safety Together with external partners, you conduct audits and trainings and coordinate these & are responsible for the preparation and review of work instructions Together with the management, You are responsible for the quality of the raw materials and the final product pellets You go through the operation with open eyes and identify hazard potentials (e.g. due to order & cleanliness) and have a look at quality-relevant topics, develop suggestions for improvement and implement them in the team You support the operating management and report directly to these

You have a successfully completed technical training (ideally in the middle class) or a comparable qualification You bring practical experience in occupational safety and quality management; Industry experience is not necessary, only the joy and the will to work on You bring good knowledge of ISO 9001 with Knowledge in project and lean management are beneficial You work conscientiously, structured and characterized by a high sense of responsibility The view for the essential, very good communication and team skills complete your profile Very good German and MS Office knowledge as well as a driving licence Class B are of course
