Customer Service Specialist* – Motif / Digital Printing

In this position, you are responsible for the professional customer consulting, commercial processing and project-related support of motif projects focusing on digital printing. You are the contact person for architects, processors and trade partners from the first question about feasibility testing to the successful implementation and delivery: You follow and keep projects independent from first customer contact to delivery and keep an eye on dates and progress at any time. Together with the pre-press designers and production you will check technical feasibility and find the best solution together. You create calculations, create orders in SAP and ensure a correct commercial settlement. External printing and finishing partners are coordinated by you, you monitor delivery dates and solve deviations quickly and customer-oriented. Project information carefully document and introduce your ideas to continuously develop processes in the field of motif/digital printing.
