Bring your commitment and passion as a team assistant to an interdisciplinary planning team and become part of our team in Stuttgart. Supporting our project teams – e.g. by pre-examination of invoices, maintenance of project databases or assistance in offerings and supplements Takeover of the office organization for our team and ensure a structured and smooth run in the daily business You are a contact person:in all internal matters and responsible for post-processing (input/output), digital and physical storage as well as document management Guided email correspondence with internal and external contact persons:inside Coordination of appointments, meetings and travel including their preparation and follow-up Management of the team's calendars and organization of events, workshops and team events with attention to detail You take the phone and forwarding and are the first contact point for external contacts

Completed commercial, technical or property training or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position Safe handling of MS Office applications Joy in communication with a wide range of contact persons:inside Fun on independent and solution-oriented work in a dynamic and varied working environment Very good communication skills in word and writing, fluent English skills are advantageous
