Employee customer service part-time Oldenburg for the Christmas season (m/f/d)

For many customers: our CEWE photo products are an indispensable gift for Christmas, to share beautiful memories with friends: inside and the family - and here you come into the picture! You want to travel a country before your studies and you still lack the necessary money? Or you are looking for an interesting job in part-time (min. 30 hours) for bridging and can you imagine supporting us in the pre-Christmas period?

Then get involved with us now! Please note that our selection talks will only start from June 2026 and we will therefore only be back to you. Our discussions are expected to take place until October. If you don't hear from us in the summer, we didn't forget you: We occupy our open positions step by step and proceed chronologically.

Your tasks

• Customer support: First contact person for general questions of our customers:

• Communication management: answering written and telephone requests is part of the task, in part the requests are processed in a ticket system

• Product advice: advice on all topics related to our products and our ordering software

Your profile

• Availability: at least 30 hours in parttime; the three-week training is completed in full time (37,5 hours/week); in December you are ideally also available in full time

• PC-knowledge: Safe handling of the PC - The required programs are taught in the training

• Communication strength: joy in communication with customers, service orientation and a very good oral and written expression in German

• Operation: Organization & Care - also in stressful situations you stay calm and focused

• Personal skills: commitment, team skills and readiness to learn as outstanding features

Your availability and working hours The start date of the 3-week full-time training (08:00-16:00) at the Oldenburg site for employment in parttime is 13.07.2026. A previous or later start is unfortunately not possible. In the training we teach you everything you need to work on the concerns of our customers. We agree on your working time as part of a shift model. The service period is from 7:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Friday until the end of October. From November to January, the hours of use extend from 06:00 to 00:00 on Monday to Sunday.

Your contract is limited by the end of December 2026 or by the end of January 2027.
