Participation: As the first respondent, you are responsible for the planning and control of our participations and conduct audit and planning discussions. Reporting and project reporting: You validate the reporting of the holdings and set up decision templates as well as presentations for management and committees. In participation and project controlling, you analyze developments, perform target-actual comparisons and guide action recommendations. Project management: You coordinate the planning and reporting process in projects in the Stadtwerkeverbund and advise our management. In the project controlling you control the finances of the projects and ensure transparency in development and implementation. Contract management: The monitoring and compliance of the service contracts in the Group, in particular in the project context, is guaranteed. Optimization and project work: You identify potentials in projects and processes, develop measures and promote the digitization of the controlling instruments. In addition, you take the lead or collaboration into (partial) projects with reference to controlling and introduce your expertise in in interdisciplinary teams.

Education and experience: The basis of your professional competence is a completed study of the business administration or a comparable discipline. In addition, you bring relevant professional experience in the group controlling or a comparable field of activity and have proven experience in the management and monitoring of projects and/or in the participation controlling. Expertise: You have a well-founded knowledge of commercial, social and municipal economic law, as well as in the analysis of balance sheet items, and you can use them safely in your working day. Your colleagues (m/w/d) benefit from your experience in planning and managing projects and investment projects. Ideally, you will also bring knowledge of energy or water management. System knowledge: In dealing with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA as well as the common controlling and business intelligence applications, you can safely move. Ideally, you could already gain experiences with Lucanet. Soft Skills: You communicate confidently at all levels, from specialist departments to project teams to management and convince with your moderation and presentation skills as well as very good communication skills. With your analytical understanding and solution-oriented action, you work independently, brings you across the range into the team and advances topics with high performance.
