IT Systems Engineer (m/w/d) - Microsoft Infrastructure

Platform Design: You design and develop our Microsoft infrastructure (MS Windows Server, M365, Endpoint Security) with modern technologies and best practices. Technological innovation: You keep new developments in mind and evaluate the possibilities of use. Project responsibility: As an Epic Coordinator, you drive exciting infrastructure projects – from colocation to system expansion. Knowledge multiplier: You promote active knowledge transfer in the team and support colleagues with your know-how. Vision: You introduce ideas to continuously develop our tech landscape and IT philosophy.

Education and experience: You have completed a study of computer science or a comparable training and brings several years of experience as System Engineer or System Administrator. Technical knowledge: You are familiar with Microsoft server operating systems (Onprem AD, MS Entra ID, Intune, Azure), Virtualization, Backup/Restore, Hardware and Monitoring. Basic network knowledge is advantageous. Automation: You love standardization and automation, for example in patch and configuration management. Agile methods: You know common processes of agile development and IT operations. Communication: You can communicate with external partners at eye level and communicate technical topics in a comprehensible manner. Language skills: You speak very good German and English – in writing and oral.
