Technical Writer (m/f/d)

You create and provide technical and general documentation in German and English for internal and external audiences. You take the handling of translations for different content, such as product manuals, eLearning modules and general documentation (knowledge database). You are responsible for supporting and consulting on documentation in the context of our USU Knowledge Services. You process tickets and take administrative activities in customer service applications, e.g. in our document database.

You have completed training or studies, for example in technical editorial, communication, language sciences, media/document management or a comparable subject. You bring several years of professional experience in the technical editorial office, ideally in the IT environment. You work proactively and with curiosity in technical matters and are looking forward to actively shaping change processes in a dynamic environment. Your knowledge of German and English in word and writing are excellent, you are convinced by customer-oriented and precise expressiveness and are open to cooperation with international customers from various industries, including security-relevant or military sectors.
