Application Manager SAP MM (m/f/d)

You implement new complex projects and applications in the material industry and, if necessary, also take the subproject management into introduction and migration projects to our Template NextGen. You enter complex applications that, for example, have a wide range of modules, many customers, a high number of users or a high level of customizing in materials management – mainly SAP/MM, but also AVA@SAP and non SAP solutions. You advise customers on a variety of complex applications and challenging technical and process topics in materials management, for which a deep professional expertise is usually required. You carry out content-oriented documentation, develop the processes for information management and provision and coordinate them with the internal stakeholders. You tax internal parties and external partners. You define requirements from ongoing operation and quality standards in close coordination with the Service Owner on the above topics. You develop planning, control and monitoring systems as well as standards and implement them. You also opt for the operating processes in coordination with the Service Owner. You process disruptions in complex applications of material management in the 2nd and 3rd level support in a case-closing manner and integrate the manufacturers.

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. You have at least. 5 years of professional experience in supporting complex IT applications with a focus on SAP/MM. You bring the expertise to the various components SAP/MM and Fiori Apps. You are characterized by extremely solution-oriented and targeted action and are able to deal efficiently and proactively with challenges. You bring very good design strength and can analyze complex facts in a structured manner and develop thought-out concepts. You have very strong dialogue skills and strong customer orientation, which allows you to effectively address customer needs and build sustainable relationships. You master German and English both in word and in writing at a very good level.
