Your area of responsibility is to ensure a smooth process chain in the processing of damage, replacement claims, detention and regression. Our customer base is available with all inquiries concerning possible compensation claims arising from transport damage and process them taking into account insurance and liability aspects. Keep monitoring and track the ongoing, open damage in your area. With your expertise, you act as an internal link between our operating specialist departments and our insurance service provider. In addition, you perform administrative tasks such as data management of our damages.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training. You ideally have first experiences in a forward-looking environment. Your profile is rounded off by good English and MS Office skills. You have already demonstrated your competent discussion and negotiation management. You are characterized by a binding, structured and team-capable occurrence.
