You examine legal requirements for international insolvency (work instructions for school and child travel aid, AuslZuschlV, BBesG etc.) legally and develop these further. You provide expert and legal advice on the relevant unit lines in difficult and very complex individual cases and draw up text patterns and legal opinions. You are responsible for the further development of the IT applications of the P department, in particular you identify digitization projects and create the overall technical concept for digitization in the department.
