Production workers - in plastics processing (m/f/d)

ORAFOL Fresnel Optics GmbH is one of the market leaders in the development and production of microstructured plastic optics. Customers include companies from a wide range of industries worldwide, including manufacturers from the lighting, display and solar industry, automotive suppliers and producers operating in optical sensor technology and industrial image processing. The foundation of our success is the 70 employees currently employed at the Apolda site.

To strengthen our team we are looking for one/n:

Your tasks: • raw material preparation and production of semi-finished products (extruder) • Setting up, operating, cleaning and waiting of production machines and tools for hot stamping processes for the production of microstructured plastic optics • Quality and visual inspections and related documentation • Monitoring and preparation of the manufacturing process

Your profile: • a successfully completed training for the machine and plant operator, machine operator, process mechanic, industrial mechanic or cross-lever with high motivation is preferred. • Experience in machine guidance in a production environment • Flexibility, durability and readiness to use • Reliability, independence and team-oriented working • Ready to change layer in the 3-layer system
