Collection and evaluation of offers from suppliers and partner companies Self-employed costing and supply creation in iTWO Technical and economic assessment of tender documents in coordination with work preparation, planning, project management, purchasing and customer/client Technical pre-examination with the project participants Processing and calculation of tenders, and management of tenders Construction and performance descriptions Creating offers in exchange with the customer and developing solutions concepts Participation in contracts and technical clarification with contracting entities Examination, maintenance and adaptation of costing databases and price overviews Assessment of subcontractor and supplier offers

Successfully completed technical training or studies (e.g. civil engineering with specialist wood construction, wood technician (m/w/d), room master (m/w/d) or comparable qualification) and ideally first practical experience in a comparable position Professional experience in costing or timber construction A high level of technical and economic understanding and sense of responsibility Understanding technical drawings, statics and structural physics Analytical, structured and independent mode of operation and distinct numerical understanding Impressed communication skills, negotiation skills and team orientation High organizational competence Safe handling of the MS Office package, experiences in the costing program iTWO desired, but not absolutely necessary
