Your role: Potentialmacher (m/w/d) in purchasing sustainable urban development. As a technical buyer (m/w/d), you are a central and strategic foundation in the realization of our large-scale construction projects. You bring the appropriate partners, materials and services to the start – for modern office buildings, demanding residential buildings and revitalizations in the region in and around Berlin. You think strategic, negotiate partnership and act with responsibility – for appointments, quality and cost-effectiveness. Your tasks in detail:

Technical Purchasing with Focus: You take over the procurement of construction services for turnkey construction projects in office and residential construction – from the new building to the stock modernization Building a partner network: You develop our subcontractor network in a targeted manner, identify new market potential and ensure reliable partnerships Negotiations that work: You conduct price and contract negotiations with know-how and fingertip feeling – with a view to quality, budget and timeliness Projects: You agree closely with our architecture, technology and project teams and actively bring your perspective into project development Continue shopping: You drive forward the further development of our shopping strategies – and bring fresh ideas for sustainable, innovative creation Interface professionals: You act as a link between project management, planning and external partners – and ensure smooth implementation processes

Take this with you: You have a successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering (Construction), Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification, alternatively a completed training or qualification as a technician / Master (m/w/d) Practical experience in technical purchasing, construction or wholesale Good knowledge of the procurement and contracting regulations for construction services (VOB) and contracting You have a secure handling of MS Office and open-minded interest in tendering programs, such as RIB iTWO, ARRIBA Embossed communication skills and negotiation skills You show initiative, sense of responsibility and are happy to work in the team Be part of the success story at GOLDBECK.
