Digitalization & Automation: Introduction, Testing and Implementation of Digital Tools (including Recruiting, Accounting, Personal Management), Control of External Partners and Optimization of Internal Processes Location Growth & Expansion: You identify new locations, connect first contacts and accompany the expansion of our network from idea to opening – incl. Opening-Playbook & Ramp-up, so that every new opening comes into regular operation Strategic project work: Conception and implementation of innovative projects in direct exchange with management Basic operating mode: You contribute to the smooth running of our sites. Complete economic or technical studies or comparable qualifications Analytical thinking and entrepreneurial understanding High digital affinity and enthusiasm for automation Own initiative, implementation strength and sense of responsibility Structured pragmatic working with clear hands-on mentality Ability to independently take over and successfully implement projects
