Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Wetzlar As a rollout manager:in S/4HANA in the Bosch Home Comfort (HC) division, you are responsible for S/4HANA's rollouts into HC legal units and Robert Bosch units with the aim of detaching the SAP R/3 systems and building a new S/4HANA system landscape. They act as a link between the legal units, the Business Digital Office and the central IT and introduce our new S/4HANA systems as a prerequisite for digital transformation. You also define the rollout and cutover activities for the S/4HANA program to achieve the detachment of all SAP R/3 systems by 2030 together with the implementation partner. Sovereign move around the internal units that are converted to new S/4HANA systems and work significantly in the S/4HANA program. Professionally supervise the representatives: within our legal units, bring them together with our implementation partner and are in regular exchange with management.

Education: completed (special) university studies in the field of economic informatics, computer science or comparable Experiences and know-how: many years of experience in rollout planning; practical knowledge in S/4HANA transformation projects, experience in the application of project management methods (PEP and agil) and in project implementations Personality and working methods: You are able to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way and document all relevant information precisely, so you can confidently perform, streamline discussions and adapt flexibly to new requirements; also in stressful situations You have a cool head, analyze problems strategically and think forward-looking Enthusiasm: Fun on new challenges Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
