Our customer belongs to an owner-operated real estate group based in the city centre of Hamburg.

His main focus is on the rental of commercial and residential properties and needs your support as a balance sheet book holder*in (m/w/d).

WHAT WHAT?

• Annual accounts in cooperation with the tax advisor
• Creation of income / surplus invoices and sales tax declarations
• Financial Accounting: Payment, Accounting and Booking
• preparatory activities in personnel matters

DISCLOSURE

• successfully completed commercial training ideally with further training to the balance sheet holder m/w/d
• very good knowledge with the DATEV-PRO program
• good knowledge in the MS Office program, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SFirm is advantageous
• Expertise in real estate accounting is desirable
