in your role as team leader, you are part of a regional task force and mobile in the Rostock, Schwerin and Lübeck region You are responsible for changing tasks in the teams of the different branches of your region and support them proactively in achieving their goals with your expertise, you contribute decisively to the satisfaction of our existing and new customers, take care of the acquisition and build business relationships depending on the occasion and focus You are either more involved in acquisitions, customer support, acquisitions or disposition and use of our employees in customer operations as a team player in a mobile deployment team, you play a key role in the success of the branches and region as a whole
