Together with your project team, you coordinate all participants and ensure a smooth project process - from planning to start of production (SOP). Responsible building project management of demanding industrial projects from design to commissioning Professional leadership and further development of the Construction Management team across all trades Economic development of the construction projects, monitoring of the construction design and coordination of the internal and external project participants Superior project responsibility and monitoring of dates, project budgets and quality standards Coordination to ensure the start of production (SOP) and smooth project execution Creating project documentation and reports as well as regular reporting Integrating services around plant construction into the overall project

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded experience in building management of demanding industrial and production buildings Ideal experience in plant engineering or Experience in an EPCM or EPCM contractor Good English knowledge in word and writing desirable for exchange with international partners and customers High level of communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement ability as well as fingertips in handling customers and the different requirements of all stakeholders
