The Energy Supply and Energy Management department is a center-of-competence strategic and operational across locations. The main tasks of the department include: Ensuring sustainable, cost-optimized energy procurement and energy production, safe and sustainable energy and media supply for production Safeguarding the achievement of our energy savings goals by optimizing energy efficiency Continuous development of the energy management system Your tasks in the team 'Energiemanagement Aufbauwerke' at the Rastatt site include: Implementation of the requirements for the energy management system Coordination and control of energy optimization activities Planning and implementation of workshops on energy optimization Participation in the further development of our energy communication strategy Cooperation in the planning and implementation of training concepts and training as well as in the identification and optimization of large consumers and in the assessment of energy efficiency measures Development and production of energy indicators for consumption analysis Creation and development of energy bills with external and internal customers Participation in official messages such as energy tax, EEG output and other Working with the implementation of the new energy data system The activity can begin from February 2026.
