Your tasks:

Operation and monitoring of production plants for the production of elastomer mixtures

Professional operation of machines in the ongoing production process

Working at the production line (bandwork)

Implementation of quality controls to ensure product standards

Your profile:

Successfully completed vocational training as a procedural mechanic or in a comparable technical or craft occupation

Ideally, first professional experience in the production or processing of elastomers

High readiness and flexibility

Willingness to work in shiftwork and if necessary also on weekends

Good knowledge of German in word and writing

Embossed communication and team skills

Motivation for continuous training
