My Flair GmbH is a trading company based in Trittau near Hamburg, specializing in Home & Living, gift and household items as well as seasonal products. Since 2007, we have been supplying well-known customers such as Otto, Net, TK Maxx or Wayfair. At the same time, under our own brand, we are expanding our B2C business via Amazon, Otto and our own online shop. We develop our own collections, focusing on creative design, digital marketing and international procurement.

You actively support the construction and maintenance of our brands Wohnando and My Rug on marketplaces such as Amazon, Otto and Kaufland, including the design of product details You design and create social media campaigns for Meta and TikTok – from content idea to visual implementation You opt for existing advertising campaigns in Google Ads and Amazon PPC, analyze their performance and guide action recommendations You work on the design and development of our online shop and implement CI-compliant design content You support the planning and implementation of photo and video productions for new collections in the Home & Living area

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have fun in creative tasks and are interested in topics related to online shops, social media and digital design You have first experiences with graphics programs like Canva, Photoshop or InDesign – or you want to learn them with us You like to work in the team, are open to new things and actively introduce your own ideas You go carefully with texts and pictures and have a sense of design and language You are reliable, committed and motivated to shape a growing company Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have very good chances of taking over with a variety of development options in the field of e-commerce and digital marketing.
