Deputy Property Manager - Cleaning (m/f/d)

You organize, control and optimize the daily cleaning processes on the stations as well as in the OP area Actively support your team in operational cleaning and work with you in everyday work As a central contact person, you guide your team professionally, accompany the introduction of new employees and ensure a smooth run in the daily business The ordering, administration and delivery of work and consumables are in your area of responsibility – thereby ensuring their availability at any time You create and coordinate the service and deployment planning for our cleaning team Regularly control the proper implementation of surface cleaning and disinfection and perform quality and performance controls You also pay attention to compliance with applicable hygiene plans and cleaning and disinfection standards in your area of responsibility

You have professional experience in hospital and surgical treatment and bring knowledge of hygienic cleaning and disinfection procedures with Finding knowledge of hygiene regulations as well as cleaning and disinfection standards Ideally, you bring experience in the planning and co-ordination of employees and are an organizational talent An appreciation of people and a safe and professional appearance round off your profile Secure computer knowledge, especially in the handling of service planning and documentation systems, as well as the common MS Office applications You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in dynamic situations Enforcement and team skills are your key skills
