In the course of further business development, we are looking for the Head of Finance (m/w/d) as a member of the extended management group for an important location in East Westphalia. You run a six-member team professionally and disciplinefully and work strategically closely with the management you report directly to. You are responsible for the production of monthly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS as well as the consolidation of the group of companies. You ensure proper and timely main accounting and secondary accounting and ensure payment transactions. You perform operational tasks in controlling such as controlling the budget process, billing and target-actual comparisons. You are contact persons for auditors, tax advisors, financing partners and public authorities and are responsible for the administration of construction guarantees. You develop internal processes (e.g. digitalization), accompany the implementation of new IT systems and lead the operating ERP system specialists as a support function for the users.

You have completed an economic studies or a comparable training. You bring at least 10 years of experience from accounting and several years of expertise from a comparable leadership task in the medium-sized environment. You have very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB/IFRS and experience with project business models. You are versed in the independent finale and in the handling of auditors, ideally you have already worked in the audit. You work structured, carefully and targeted – you can rely on you and your commitment. You like the work in the team, and it makes you enjoy working together constructively and with results. You want to take responsibility, love a varied range of tasks and pack up. Ideally, you already have SAP knowledge.
