To support our headquarters in Leonberg we are looking for

Independent processing and monitoring of open claims Written and telephone correspondence with customers Implementation of the extrajudicial dunning clarification of payment differences and complaints in close cooperation with the internal specialist departments Compilation of evaluations and reports on receivables Preparation and monitoring of collection and, where appropriate, judicial measures Maintenance and updating of customer and demand data Accounting of payment inputs and voting of debitor accounts

Successfully completed training e.g. as an industrial businessman/industrial businesswoman or merchant/buyer for office management You bring experience in accounting excellent debitor accounting with You are secure in German and English We require a safe handling of MS Office products You are reliable and bring high performance and team skills Their mode of operation is analytical, careful and structured
