Your mission If people need support after a serious accident or a serious damage, you will come into play. You tax complex personal damage on your own, find sustainable solutions for all participants and meet decisions with an eye dimension, expertise and empathy.

You can move at the interface of insurance, medicine and law and make sure that our customers can count on professional and reliable support even in difficult situations. Why us? You become part of a 12-headed team with lots of experience, high level of expertise and strong cohesion. Intensive incorporation accompanies you in the first months and makes you fit step by step for the demanding area of personal injury You take responsibility for complex damages and customize their handling No case is similar to the other: a challenging area of expertise awaits you with a wide range of personal injury that combines analytical thinking, negotiation skills and fingertip feeling You thoroughly identify facts, evaluate risks and develop pragmatic and economically sensible solutions You control communication with damaged persons, lawyers, courts and medical and economic experts You manage negotiations and keep an overview even in complex situations. You evaluate provisions, document decisions comprehensible and ensure high-quality damage processing Through regular training, you continuously develop your expertise

You have a training to the specialist (d/m/w) insurance industry, are a full lawyer (d/m/w) or have a comparable qualification Ideally, you already have experience in handling personal injury You can safely move to MS Office and use modern digital tools as well as AI applications as support in everyday work You like to work in the team, but also take responsibility for your own cases You can also conduct challenging conversations in a sovereign, value-estimating and goal-oriented manner Professional dealing with lawyers, courts and authorities is easy for you You are curious, ready to learn and quickly acquire new topics In challenging situations you keep a cool head, set the right priorities and convince by your structured work
