You can expect

• Compensation according to collective agreement BAP/DGB

Your duties

• Telephone customer support (Inbound and Outbound)
• Processing of customer requests, e.g. complaints

Our requirements

• First phone experience desirable but not condition
• readiness for active customer response
• Flexibility in terms of issues and working hours
• First PC knowledge
• German language
• Good opinion
