They provide comprehensive legal advice and examination of complex (project) contracts. Negotiations with domestic/international ministries, other authorities and international contractors are part of your duties. They advise in all legal matters as a business partner of the management and specialist departments. The leadership of comparative negotiations, preparation and care of controversial disputes is your responsibility. They take over the control and integration of external, in particular international, lawyers and law firms. The legal management and support of projects involving the project organization is part of your task.

You have successfully completed your university degree in law (2nd state exams) with above-average examina. It was possible for you to gain several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, such as law firms, companies or in industry and/or plant engineering. They speak at least one foreign language fluently. Experiences with MS-Office 360 Suite complete your profile.
