In our innovative digitalization team in the real estate management sector, we are looking for a dedicated Data & AI analyst that significantly supports and drives the digital transformation in the team. Your goal will be to create data concepts, analyze and visualize large amounts of data and implement BI and AI solutions to achieve data-driven process optimizations. You help to make faster, more precise and sustainable decisions and transform the entire Real Estate Management data-based. You analyze and structure large amounts of data to identify optimization potentials in business processes.

You create and maintain reports and dashboards with Power BI to support disciplines and management.

Relevant KPIs are operationalized by you to effectively control real estate, processes and sustainability goals.

Modern BI solutions develop decision support and create interactive dashboards with a focus on business impact.

You integrate and network heterogeneous data sources from CAFM, ERP, IoT, energy or ESG systems.

Structure and optimization of data models as well as ETL processes are also part of your tasks.

A consistent database is ensured by integrating different source systems.

You automate data-driven processes and workflows, in particular with Power Automate, and provide simple applications with Power Apps.

Data-based action recommendations guide you to optimize real-state processes.

You develop AI and data strategies that are used for automation, prediction and optimization of central business processes in real estate management.

You build modern data architectures (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, Azure Data Services) and develop AI-based use cases for, e.g., predictive maintenance and energy efficiency.

You analyze and model processes to identify data-driven optimization potentials and implement intelligent automations.

Documentation & Conceptual Work: You create data and BI concepts and document solutions.

Stakeholder Management & Project work: Close cooperation with digital, IT and specialist areas as well as cooperation in projects to anchor data-based and AI-driven initiatives.

Change Management & Communication: Support for the introduction of data-driven solutions and the promotion of acceptance in the specialist areas.

Further development: observation of new technologies and continuous optimization of the BI and AI landscape.

Knowledge transfer and enablement: support in the ability of teams to handle data, automation and AI tools.

Completed studies in data science, business informatics, computer science or related fields; ideally Master degree with focus on business analytics or AI. At least 3 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis or machine learning.

Multiannual experience in implementing data-driven optimization projects.

Understanding business and operating processes, preferably in real estate or facility management.

Experience in change management and transformation of data-based organisations.

Founded data analysis and modeling competence, including KPI definition.

Secure handling of BI methods, such as data storytelling and dashboard design.

Practical experience with Azure Data Services and Programming (e.g. Python) as well as ETL/ELT processes and data integration.

Practical experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.

Embossed communication capability for communicating complex facts and data contents.

High self-initiative and sense of responsibility in implementing data-driven optimizations.

Teamability, high self-motivation and willingness to use as well as a dedicated and analytical thinking and working method combined with an innovative spirit for the use of AI.

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
