Your mission

• Welding of large structures
• Visual and measurement control of raw or processed parts
• Check and tear subgroups by design drawing and list of pieces
• Check welds by welding instruction
• Set up parts by design drawing, set up systems, prepare welds
• Measurement control of the pre-designed components (respect the blunt allocation)
• Finished parts align and clamp on welding turntable
• Build parts according to the drawing, optionally with support of devices
• Stitch parts, observe delay and stability
• Select welding methods, set welding sequence and technology as well as number of welding seam templates and thicknesses
• Check parts according to the drawing for distortion and dimensional accuracy, e.g. using measuring machines and align them as required
• Examination of welds as well as setting corresponding rework and, if necessary, tuning with design and quality assurance
• Document test results and apply test drawing
• Finishing of constructions by chamfers, welding, grinding, straightening and rounding
