The Product Management for Semiconductor Industries department within Carl Zeiss MultiSEM GmbH is the central customer interface for all Semiconductor customers, is responsible for the requirement management to our products and commissions the development of improvements to the fastest electron microscope in the world - the 'ZEISS MultiSEM'. As a central interface within the MultiSEM GmbH, we work together with all other departments on the long-term success of the MultiSEM.

As Head of Product Management you are responsible for the following tasks: Head of Product Management Semiconductor Industry and Responsibility for the Creation and Implementation of Product Strategy in the Semiconductor Industry

Interaction with OEM customers and maintenance of international customer relationships

Development of pricing and conditions policy and assistance in the preparation and negotiation of contracts

Participation in the mid- and short-term business planning of the MultiSEM-OEM products

responsible for fulfilling the agreed technical and economic performance characteristics of the product range and responsible for the Semiconductor product roadmap of MultiSEM GmbH

Ideas generation, implementation and follow-up of the KPI reports for the MultiSEM-OEM products

scientific or engineering studies of higher education, if possible with an economic tendency and willingness to continue

at least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the field of product management, project and planning experience, as far as possible from the field of semiconductor technology and (requestable) market knowledge

broad technological know-how and sound project management skills

intercultural negotiation competence, high level of social competence (personal leadership, network care) and customer orientation
