Product Support Specialist (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Product Support Specialist (w/m/d) as soon as possible. In your role, you analyze SAP-related inquiries and error messages from our customers and internal teams, assist in their clarification or forward them to the relevant specialist departments. This is how you contribute to smooth supply and order processes. Your tasks: Support of the offer and order management and support of customer requests. Analysis and solution of problems in SAP Commerce including process-related and technical clarifications Installation and maintenance of offers and orders and execution of product configurations Creation, maintenance and optimization of variant configurations (LO‐VC) Cooperation in price management, e.g. price maintenance and support in the creation of price lists Preparation and implementation of training for internal teams and customers, including development of documents and best practices Close coordination with specialist departments and experts on solving complex technical issues

Your profile: Completed studies of (economic) informatics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field or a relevant commercial or IT-related vocational training multi-year professional experience in offering and order management, technical support/customer service with SAP reference or price management/product configuration Experience with SAP Commerce and ideally SAP LO‐VC Secure understanding of supply and order processes Analytical thinking and pronounced problem solving capability Communication strength, service orientation and joy in cooperation with different interfaces Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
